                             VERY IMPORTANT ! ! ! !

a) The vehicle maintenance must be performed by a professional.
b) Improper vehicle maintenance will result in non-compensation.
c) No repair or removal shall be made without the consent of Eurola.
d) Damage resulting from parts or assembly having been noted during MOT or at the beginning of the contract are not covered, except after said parts have been repaired.
e) You have a period of one month after the declaration of the damage to make repairs according to our agreement.
f) You must provide us with the details of the new owner by mail, fax or email.
g) In a claim, any and all damage will be supported under one maximum amount. (see contract).

                                              
MAINTENANCE
h) It is important to keep revision and repair records and use correct parts.
i) Respect the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.
j) Respect the manufacturer's oil change recommendations.
k) Failure to follow manufacturer recommendationswill result in non-compensation.


THE WARRANTY
Mechanical warranty contract for parts and labour.
l) The subscriber leaves entire management of the warranty to Eurola.
m) The warranty covers repairs of a mechanical failure or incident due to random and unpredictable causes.
n) In the following text, YOU designates the beneficiary, US or Eurola means Eurola.
o) Eurola does not offer an car insurance contract but a warranty contract covering parts and labor. The (optional) warranty contract is different from compulsory motor insurance and does not cover damage caused by: fire, weather, accidents and events originating from a cause external to the vehicle.


Where is your warranty valid? - In the UK and abroad at the current prices for repair as long as necessary checks and expert evaluations can be done.

What does your Warranty cover?
p) The warranty covers mechanical parts and labor according to the number of points covered by your contract.
q) The costs of disassembly / reassembly and diagnosis are covered only if the damage is supported.


What your Warranty does NOT cover :
We never cover :
r)Malfunctions resulting from poor workmanship or a willful act of any person and hidden defects.
s) Malfunctions resulting from an accident.
t) Fines and costs related to the aforesaid.
u) Malfunctions due to trials, races, sports competitions (or tests) unless specifically mentioned by Eurola.
v) Damage resulting from parts or assemblies that have been noted at the moment of signing the contract and which have not been repaired.
w) Increased damage resulting from a lack of repairs to stop an existing problem becoming more important.
x) Any repairs or installations not done by a professional.
y) Any damage covered by any other insurance or manufacturer's warranty.
z) All maintenance operations , adjustment and development as well as failures or incidents originating from normal wear.
aa)  Parts subject to a manufacturing defect or a recall by the manufacturer.
bb) Any vehicle in which the mileometer or schedule has been disconnected, tampered with or changed (without giving prior notice to Eurola).
cc)The management fees related to postage and administration, as well as costs of recycling and waste treatment.
dd) Any improper maintenance, improper use of the vehicle and the use of unsuitable fuel will result in non-compensation from Eurola.
ee) The absorption of foreign bodies, excessive cold or heat, vehicle use in corrosive environments; oxidation, rinsing or immersion etc. will not be covered.
ff) Eurola does not support the loss of production, caretaking fees, costs of on-site repair, (unless option included), towing charges, various penalties or fines.

DEDUCTIBILITY - OBSOLESCENCE
gg) Nil.

WARNING : Any inaccuracy, omission in answers or statements will lead to cancellation of the contract and reimbursement by the person or persons of all compensation paid under the Warranty.
WARNING : You will lose any right to compensation if, voluntarily, you misrepresent the date, nature, causes, circumstances and consequences of the failure. It will be the same if you knowingly provide inaccurate documents as evidence or by fraudulent means. If compensation has already been paid, we must be repaid by the person or persons responsible.

SUBSCRIPTION
hh) Assessment (as well as taxes, fees and contributions set by the state) is paid upon the establishment of the contract, either to our headquarters or our representative. The non-payment of dues by the dealer or beneficiary cancels any right to compensation.

START AND END OF THE CONTRACT
When does the Warranty begin ? – On the effective date specified in your subscription contract.
For how long ? - Your contract ends at the end of the contract period or after exceeding the time limit, whichever comes first, or if the vehicle is declared a wreck.
Interventions under the warranty do not extend the duration.
In the case of sale of the vehicle ?
The warranty is valid for the duration of the contract and can not be transferred to another vehicle. You must provide us with the details of the new owner by mail, fax or email.

CLAIMS
What to do in the event of a breakdown ?
You must inform us of the fault by writing and by telephone as soon as you become aware of it and within a maximum of 3 days.

WARNING : If you do not meet these deadlines, you lose all rights to compensation.

Formalities :
1) Immediately take all steps necessary to prevent further extent of the damage 2) We send all documents and information that you have requested 3) Let us know the place where we might see the problem before any modification or repair . 4) The garage sends us a quote or pre-diagnostic 5) Proof of regular vehicle maintenance can be requested 6) We will give our agreement to perform the work quickly and indicate the amount supported 7) For the compensation, the garage must send us the bill (it should be the amount indemnified).


For all repairs, Eurola may request an evaluation by a licensed expert.
 

ii) No action shall be undertaken without our consent under risk of non-compensation.
jj) Work time cannot exceed the standards set by the manufacturer, excess charges are at the customer's charge.
kk) Eurola may request the report from a police investigation before refund if the situation calls for clarification.

WARNING : If the invoice amount exceeds support the customer must pay the difference upon recovery of the vehicle.

WARNING : You have a period of one month from the date of declaration of the damage for repairs following the formalities (see above). After this period, no compensation will be granted. If expert opinion is required, this period begins on the date of the latest expertise.

REIMBURSEMENTS
ll) In a statement, any damage will be supported under one capped claim (see contract). Compensation is paid only if the vehicle is repaired by a repair center. The maximum amount reimbursed (including VAT) for rehabilitation may not exceed the maximum.

RESPONSABILITIES AND DISPUTES
mm) Eurola is not liable for any consequences in the case where no repairs are made to the vehicle, .
nn) All actions arising from this contract are valid for a year after the event giving rise thereto.
oo) This contract does not replace the legal warranty that the buyer has against the consequences of faults or hidden defects.
pp) All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
